If your debit card is lost or stolen, disabling the card as soon as possible will prevent or stop fraudulent activity on your account . You can disable your debit card immediately, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week ,by calling PCB’s Telephone Banking. Also, you may contact one of our financial centers during regular business hours to report your card lost or stolen, and re-order a new card. You may also disable your debit card by logging into Online Banking, Options, ATM/Debit card, and click on the Lost/Stolen box beside the card you wish to disable. If you would like to order a new debit card, this must be done by contacting your nearest financial center.
